Summary: | To provide a manufacturing method for a rotor, inserting a magnetic member into a slot while shaving a surface part of the magnetic member, capable of achieving high machinability of shaving the surface part thereof.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a rotor 10, inserting a magnetic member 30 into a slot 22 extending in an axial line CL direction of a rotor core 20 formed at a rotor core 20, includes: (a) preparing a magnetic member 30 having a surface part 36 as a surface part 36 in which resin 36c is included and (b) shaving the surface part 36 of the magnetic member 30 into a desired dimension with a die 60 and inserting the shaved magnetic member 30 into the slot 22. Since the surface part 36 of the magnetic member 30 is shaved with the die 60 which is a jig for surfacing work in this way, machinability of shaving the surface part 36 of the magnetic member 30 is improved. For example, even if the mechanical strength of the surface part 36 of the magnetic member 30 is high, it is possible to suppress the degradation of machining precision and machining time when shaving the surface part 36 of the magnetic member 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】磁性部材の表面部を削りながらスロットに磁性部材を挿入するロータの製造方法において、磁性部材の表面部を削る加工性を向上させたロータの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】ロータコア20に設けられたロータコア20の軸線CL方向に延びるスロット22に磁性部材30を挿入する、ロータ10の製造方法は、(a)樹脂36cが含まれる表面部36である表面部36を有する磁性部材30を準備し、(b)ダイス60によって磁性部材30の表面部36を所望の寸法に削りつつ、削られた磁性部材30をスロット22に挿入する。このように、削り加工の治具であるダイス60により磁性部材30の表面部36が削られるため、磁性部材30の表面部36を削る加工性が向上し、例えば磁性部材30の表面部36の機械的強度が高くても磁性部材30の表面部36を削る加工精度や加工時間の低下が抑制される。【選択図】図3 |
