To provide physical treatment patches and a method of operating the same.SOLUTION: Physical treatment patches include flexible patches. The flexible patches include a first flexible layer, a second flexible layer, a plurality of functional layers, and a plurality of electrodes. The first flexible layer and the second flexible layer are stacked. The plurality of functional layers is arranged between the first flexible layer and the second flexible layer, each of the electrodes is electrically connected to one functional layer or a pair of the functional layers, and the second flexible layer is provided with at least one opening at a position facing the functional layer to allow the functional layer to be exposed through the opening.
