To provide a group company cooperation device, a group company cooperation method, and a group company cooperation program such that when inventory of a center warehouse is used in a group having a plurality of companies, aggregates order data so that it can be centrally managed to use inventory, instead of separately managing inventory of each company, to coordinate shipping instructions to a central warehouse, so that it is possible to share inventory data and inventory allocation by ordering while each company manages credits and liabilities individually.SOLUTION: A group company cooperation device acquires external order data for products from customers in subsidiary companies: acquires internal order data for products from subsidiary companies in a parent company; updates inventory data; when product shipment processing at a warehouse is completed, obtains internal sales data of products for the subsidiary companies in the parent company; and acquires external sales data of products for customers in the subsidiary companies.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】複数会社を持つグループにおいて、センター倉庫の在庫を共有利用している場合、各社の在庫を分けて管理するのではなく、一元管理して在庫を利用できるように注文データを集約し、センター倉庫への出荷指示を取りまとめることで、各社にて債権債務をそれぞれ管理しつつ、在庫データの共有および注文による在庫引当の共有を可能とするグループ会社連携装置、グループ会社連携方法、および、グループ会社連携プログラムを提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】子会社における顧客からの商品の社外受注データを取得し、親会社における子会社からの商品の社内受注データを取得し、在庫データを更新し、倉庫における商品の出荷処理が完了した場合、親会社における子会社に対する商品の社内売上データを取得し、子会社における顧客に対する商品の社外売上データを取得する。【選択図】図１
