To provide a sheet in which grooves are formed at predetermined positions in the surface of the sheet.SOLUTION: A seat S of the present invention includes: a pad 10; and a skin material 11 covering the pad 10. At a hanging position 12 where the skin material 11 is hung from the pad 10, the sheet has a guide recess 14 formed on a back surface 11b of the skin material 11 as a starting point for forming a groove 13a at a predetermined position in a surface of the skin material 11.
