Summary:To provide technique which can sufficiently restrain glare due to an external light such as a sunlight, and at the same time can secure visibility of an environment such as a signal etc.SOLUTION: A sun visor 1 is a device which is used to restrain a glare due to a light from outside such as a sunlight etc. The sun visor 1 is provided with a visor part 13 which is capable of adjusting permeability of the light. The visor part 13 is partitioned into an upper area UR and a lower area DR. The upper area UR and the lower area DR are configured in a manner capable of adjusting so that permeabilities of the light thereof are different from each other. For example, glare can be reduced by lowering the permeability of the upper area UR on which the sunlight enters into a driver's eye when the sunlight is felt to be glaring too intensely, meanwhile, visibility of an environment can be secured by raising the permeability of the lower area DR higher than the permeability of the upper area UR.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】太陽光のような外光による眩しさ十分に抑制できるとともに、信号等の外界の視認性を確保することができる技術を提供すること。【解決手段】サンバイザー1は、太陽光等の外部からの光による眩しさを抑制するために使用される装置である。このサンバイザー1は、光の透過率を調節可能なバイザー部13を備えている。バイザー部13は、上方領域UR及び下方領域DRに区分されており、この上方領域UR及び下方領域DRは、光の透過率が異なるように調節可能に構成されている。例えば、太陽光が眩しい場合には、太陽光がドライバーの目に入射する上方領域URの透過率を下げて眩しさを低減することができ、しかも、下方領域DRの透過率を、上方領域URの透過率より上げて、外界の視認性を確保することができる。【選択図】図2
