An alarm related to a Y capacitor is output when it is detected that the zero-phase current detected by the detection means is above a threshold. 【課題】ロボットコントローラに設けられるラインフィルタにおけるYキャパシタの劣化を予測して予防保全を行う。【解決手段】ラインフィルタ20とラインフィルタ20の負荷側に設けられて交流電力を直流電力に変換するコンバータ30との間の電源ラインに零相電流を検出する検出手段を設け、検出手段で検出された零相電流が閾値以上となったことを検出したときにYキャパシタに関連する警報を出力する。検出手段は、例えば、電源ラインにおいて相ごとに配線に設けられた電流検出器13であり、各相の電流検出器13の検出出力の和を求めて零相電流とする。【選択図】図2 |
