To provide a device and a method for collecting an ionization body.SOLUTION: A device for collecting an ionization body comprises: a single or a plurality of container bodies having a peripheral wall and a bottom wall, and an opening at an upper portion of the peripheral wall; a particle collision portion formed on a bottom portion of the container body; and one or more ionization body collecting portions formed on at least one of an inner surface and a bottom surface of the container body.
