To provide a used paper diaper processing device capable of reducing a lot of used paper diapers by one device by eliminating standby time for the used paper diaper processing unit.SOLUTION: A used paper diaper processing device includes the followings on the upper part of a treatment tank: a plurality of holding parts 24 in each of which a used paper diaper can be held; and a continuously charging part 23 having a holding part rotation driving part 28 driving rotation of each of the holding parts at a charging position I above an opening part 27 connected to the treatment tank and a waiting position II other than the charging position.
