Summary: | To provide an electrodialysis method capable of efficient separation and recovery of components to be acquired from an aqueous solution containing the components to be acquired and components to be removed both.SOLUTION: In an electrodialysis method of the present invention, by using an electrodialysis tank where a plurality of sets with a four-membrane-four-chamber combination as a set, between a cathode and an anode, from the cathode side, and in sequence from a cathode chamber, a first cation-exchange membrane, a first intermediate chamber, a second cation-exchange membrane, a concentration chamber, a first anion-exchange membrane, a second intermediate chamber, a second anion-exchange membrane, and a desalination chamber in this order, are arranged and successively a cation-exchange membrane and an anode chamber are arranged, an aqueous solution is allowed to pass through the first intermediate chamber, a concentrated liquid is allowed to circulate in the concentration chamber, a liquid having been allowed to pass through the first intermediate chamber is allowed to pass through the second intermediate chamber, and a liquid having been allowed to pass through the second intermediate chamber is allowed to pass through the desalination chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】取得すべき成分と除去すべき成分の両方を含む水溶液から、効率よく前記取得すべき成分を分離し回収できる、電気透析方法を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の電気透析方法では、正極と負極との間に、正極側から、正極室に続けて、第1の陽イオン交換膜、第一中間室、第2の陽イオン交換膜、濃縮室、第1の陰イオン交換膜、第二中間室、第2の陰イオン交換膜、脱塩室の順に4膜4室を一組とする複数組を配置し、続けて陽イオン交換膜、負極室を配置した電気透析槽を用い、第一中間室には前記水溶液を通過させ、濃縮室には濃縮液を循環させ、第二中間室には第一中間室を通過させた液を通過させ、脱塩室には第二中間室を通過させた液を通過させる。【選択図】図1 |
