Summary:To enhance issuance throughput of an IO store request with an assured sequence by an IO device.SOLUTION: An arithmetic processing device comprises a plurality of core groups having multiple cores and caches, a plurality of home agents having tag directories, and a store command queue. A store request with an assured sequence received from an input/output device is entered in the store command queue in a receiving order, store data is registered into the caches and once a cache control unit or the home agents acquire a data ownership for an address of the store request, the store command queue enables a data ownership acquisition flag of the store request.
