Summary: | To disclose an organic electroluminescent device.MEANS: An organic electroluminescent device includes an anode, a cathode and an organic layer that is disposed between the anode and the cathode, the organic layer including a first organic layer. The first organic layer contains a first organic material and a second organic material that satisfy particular energy level requirements, and has a conductivity greater than or equal to 3*10-5 S/m. The novel organic electroluminescent device effectively adjusts and controls a hole injection ability so that the overall performance of the device can be effectively improved. 【課題】本発明は、有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子を開示する。【手段】前記有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子は、陽極、陰極、および、陽極と陰極との間に設けられた、第1有機層を含む有機層を含む。前記第1有機層は、特定のエネルギーレベル要求を満たす第1有機材料および第2有機材料を含み、且つ導電率が3*10-5S/m以上である。前記新規な有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子は、正孔注入能力を効果的に調節・制御することにより、素子の総合的な性能を効果的に向上させることができる。本発明は、有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子、および第1有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子をさらに開示する。【選択図】なし |
