【課題】母相の非晶質性に優れて高い飽和磁束密度を有し、且つ損失が低いFe系合金及びこれを用いた電子部品を提供する。【解決手段】(Fe(1-a)M1a)100-b-c-d-e-f-gM2bM3cBdPeCufTigの組成で表され、ここで、M1はCo及びNiからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の元素であり、M2はNb、Mo、Zr、Ta、W、Hf、Ti、V、Cr、及びMnからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の元素であり、M3はSi、Al、Ga、及びGeからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の元素で、且つa、b、c、d、e、f、gは、0≦a≦0.5、0<b≦1.5、0<c≦4、7≦d≦13、0.1≦e≦5、0.6≦f≦1.5、0<gの含量条件を満たし、XRD主ピークの半値幅が0.172以上であるFe系合金を提供する。【選択図】図1 |
