To efficiently provide useful information for a user who uses a matching system.SOLUTION: An information providing server device includes: a derived user information extraction unit 14 which executes matching processing between specific user information and another user information when an action is performed from a user terminal 20 on the specific user information, and extracts user information satisfying a predetermined condition, as derived user information; and a user information distribution unit 15 which provides information on an action execution user to user terminals 30 having provided the specific user information and derived user information.
