To provide a device, a system, and a method for providing information that can predict a user's action and can form environment for performing push notification of optimum information at more optimum timing by adding elevator call information in a starting place and a passing spot and information obtained from the call to an explanation variable in addition to call registration in a destination.SOLUTION: An information providing device includes a travel history database for recording an elevator call history from a communication terminal held by a user of an elevator, a provided information database for storing provided information that can be transmitted to the communication terminal, a travel prediction part for referring to an elevator call history stored in the travel history database for obtaining a user's travel range on the basis of an elevator designated by an elevator call and time information at which the elevator call is received when receiving the elevator call from the communication terminal, and a provided information selection part for obtaining provided information related to a travel range obtained by the travel prediction part by referring to the provided information database, and transmits provided information extracted by the provided information selection part to a user's communication terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】目的地での呼び登録だけでなく、出発地や経由地でのエレベータ呼び情報、およびその呼びから得られる情報を説明変数に加えることで利用者の行動を予測し、より最適なタイミングで最適な情報をプッシュ通知する環境を形成することができる情報提供装置、システム、並びに方法提供する。【解決手段】エレベータの利用者が保持する通信端末からのエレベータ呼びの履歴を記録する移動履歴データベースと、通信端末へ送付可能な前記提供情報を格納する提供情報データベースと、通信端末からエレベータ呼びを受け付けたとき、エレベータ呼びで指定されたエレベータとエレベータ呼びを受け付けた時刻情報に基づいて、移動履歴データベースに格納されたエレベータ呼びの履歴を参照し、利用者の移動範囲を求める移動予測部と、提供情報データベースを参照し、移動予測部が求めた移動範囲に関連する提供情報を求める提供情報選択部を備え、提供情報選択部が抽出した提供情報を利用者の通信端末へ送信することを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
