Summary:To provide: a method of generating a temperature prediction model for a hot-rolled plate that can highly accurately predict and control the temperature (winding temperature) of a hot-rolled plate during cooling in a hot rolling line; a method of generating a modification enthalpy prediction model for a hot-rolled plate; a rolling temperature prediction model for a hot-rolled plate; a temperature control method for a hot-rolled plate; and a method of producing a hot-rolled plate.SOLUTION: A method of generating a temperature prediction model for a hot-rolled plate generates a temperature prediction model for predicting the winding temperature of the run-out table by the use of multiple sets of teacher data including input data that comprises the components of the plate, the operating parameters of a finishing mill and the run-out table, and actual data of the hot-rolled plate temperature measured on the run-out table from the exit side of the finishing mill in a process where the hot-rolled plate after finish rolling is cooled on the run-out table and wound in a hot rolling line, and output data that comprises actual temperature data of the winding temperature of the hot-rolled plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】熱間圧延ラインにおいて、冷却中の熱延板の温度(巻取温度)を高精度に予測し、かつ制御することができる熱延板の温度予測モデルの生成方法、熱延板の変態エンタルピ予測モデルの生成方法、熱延板の巻取温度予測方法、熱延板の温度制御方法および熱延板の製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】熱延板の温度予測モデルの生成方法は、熱間圧延ラインで、仕上げ圧延後の熱延板がランアウトテーブルで冷却され、巻き取られる工程において、板の含有成分、仕上げ圧延機およびランアウトテーブルの操業パラメータ、仕上げ圧延機の出側からランアウトテーブル上で測定された熱延板の温度の実績データを入力データとし、熱延板の巻取温度の実績データを出力データとした、複数の教師データを用いて、熱延板の巻取温度を予測する温度予測モデルを生成する。【選択図】図7
