To provide a water faucet capable of improving design freedom.SOLUTION: A disclosed water faucet includes: a hot water mixing valve for mixing hot water and cold water; a switching valve for switching the discharge volume of hot water mixed by the hot water mixing valve; and a main pipe in which the hot water mixing valve and the switching valve are mounted in parallel in the axial direction therein, and a hot water inlet communicating with a hot water mixing valve, a water inlet communicating with the switching valve and a spout communicating with the switching valve are formed between the hot water inlet and the water inlet. The outer peripheral surface of the switching valve is formed with a first region including the outlet communicating with the spout and a second region that is isolated from the first region and extends along the flow of water through the water inlet to the water mixing valve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8A 【課題】設計自由度を向上できる水栓を提供する。【解決手段】本開示に係る水栓は、湯及び水を混合する湯水混合弁と、湯水混合弁で混合した湯水の吐水量を変更する切替弁と、湯水混合弁と切替弁が軸方向に並んで内部に取り付けられ、湯水混合弁に連通する湯流入口、切替弁に連通する水流入口、及び湯流入口と水流入口との間において、切替弁に連通する吐水口を形成した主管部と、を備え、切替弁の外周面は、吐水口と連通する流出口を含む第１領域と、第１領域から隔離され、水流入口を通じて湯水混合弁に向かう水の流れに沿った第２領域と、を形成する。【選択図】図８Ａ
