Summary:To provide a terminating unit of an optical cable that facilitates an attaching/detaching work of an optical connector and a wiring work of the optical cable.SOLUTION: A terminating unit 1 of an optical cable is equipped with: a housing 2; a first adaptor panel 3 that is provided in the housing 2 and is equipped with a plurality of first adaptors 31 in which a plurality of optical connectors can be respectively inserted, and a first surface 32 on which the plurality of first adaptors 31 are aligned; and a second adaptor panel 4 that is provided in the housing 2 and is equipped with a plurality of second adaptors 41 in which the plurality of optical connectors can be respectively inserted, and a second surface 42 on which the plurality of second adaptors 41 are aligned. The first surface 32 and the second surface 42 are separated from each other.
