To provide a building allowing a vehicle to be efficiently parked adjacent to residence parts for an apartment house.SOLUTION: A building 1 includes: a plurality of resident parts 20 which are formed on one floor of a building body 10 and are provided with second or more resident floors on which residents H reside, entrance parts 21 for residents through which the residents H enter and exit, and service entrances 22 which are arranged on resident floors different from the entrance parts 21 for residents; parking space parts 30 for residence parts which are in communication with the service entrances 22 of the respective residence parts 20 and are arranged adjacent to the respective residence parts 20 in which vehicles C used by the residents H residing in the respective residence parts 20 can be parked; a residence part side vehicle exclusive road part 40 which connects an outside part of the building body 10 and the parking space parts 30 for residence parts and on which the vehicles C can pass; and a residence part side pedestrian exclusive road part 50 which connects the outside part of the building body 10 and the entrance parts 21 for residents and on which the residents H can pass on foot.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】集合住宅において、効率的に車両を居住部に隣接して駐車することのできる建造物を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】建造物１は、建造物本体１０における一つの階に形成され、居住者Ｈが居住する２階以上の居住階を備え、居住者Ｈが出入りする人用玄関部２１と、人用玄関部２１とは異なる居住階に配置された勝手口部２２と、を具備する複数の住宅部２０と、各住宅部２０の勝手口部２２と夫々連通し、各住宅部２０に居住する居住者Ｈが使用する車両Ｃを駐車可能な各住宅部２０に隣接して配置された住宅部用駐車場部３０と、建造物本体１０の外部と住宅部用駐車場部３０とを繋ぐ、車両Ｃで通行可能な住宅部側車両専用道路部４０と、建造物本体１０の外部と人用玄関部２１とを繋ぐ、居住者Ｈが歩行にて通行可能な住宅部側歩行者専用道路部５０と、を備える。【選択図】図１
