To prevent gelation of a dispersion and change of viscosity of the dispersion during storage, and to improve dispersibility of a pigment, when a pigment dispersion containing a black pigment or a chromatic color pigment is prepared.SOLUTION: A black pigment dispersion comprises: a black pigment; a dispersant having an amine value of 120 mgKOH/g to 200 mgKOH/g, which is a copolymer composed of a black pigment, a monomer A having the structure of chemical formula 1 as a dispersion agent, a monomer B having the structure of chemical formula 2 and has a basic functional group, and a monomer C which is polymerizable with the monomer A and the monomer B; and an epoxy (meth)acrylate resin having a molecular weight of 10,000 to 20,000 and an acid value of 50 mgKOH/g to 150 mgKOH/g. In the case of a chromatic color pigment, further used is a pigment derivative having a sulfonic acid group in a quinophthalone skeleton.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】黒色顔料又は有彩色顔料を含有する顔料分散体を調製する際、分散体がゲル化したり、保存中に分散体の粘度が変化したりすることを防止し、顔料の分散性を向上させること。【解決手段】黒色顔料と；分散剤として化学式１の構造を有する単量体Ａと；化学式２の構造を有する、塩基性官能基を有する単量体Ｂと；単量体Ａ及び単量体Ｂと重合可能である単量体Ｃとから構成される共重合体であって、アミン価が120mgKOH/g以上200mgKOH/g以下である分散剤と；分子量10000以上20000以下であり、かつ、酸価が50mgKOH/g以上150mgKOH/g以下であるエポキシ（メタ）アクリレート樹脂とを併用する。有彩色顔料の場合には、さらにキノフタロン骨格にスルホン酸基を有する顔料誘導体をも併用する。【選択図】なし
