Summary:To provide a method for measuring adherence strength of a coat, capable of directly and accurately measuring adherence strength of a coat in which a fluid layer is formed under a top dryness layer.SOLUTION: When adherence strength of a coat in which a fluid layer is formed under a top dryness layer is measured, a measurement device 1 that sets a force in a vertical direction to be acted on a cutting blade 100 with weight of a weight and can measure a horizontal force acting on the cutting blade 100 is used. First, while using a first weight to apply a force in a vertical direction to the cutting blade 100, the cutting blade 100 is made to carry out biaxial motion until the tip end of the cutting blade 100 reaches the surface of a base material B. Then, a second weight having minimum weight capable of maintaining a contact state between the tip end of the cutting blade 100 and the surface of the base material B is used to horizontally move the cutting blade while applying a force in a vertical direction to the cutting blade 100. A horizontal force at this time is then measured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】上乾き層の下に流動層が形成される塗膜の付着強さを直接かつ正確に測定できる塗膜の付着強さの測定方法を提供する。【解決手段】上乾き層の下に流動層が形成された塗膜の付着強さの測定にあたり、切削刃100に作用させる垂直方向の力が錘の重量によって設定されるとともに、切削刃100に作用する水平力を測定可能な測定装置1を用いて、はじめに第1の錘を用いて切削刃100に垂直方向の力を加えつつ、切削刃100の先端が基材Bの表面に到達するまで切削刃100に2軸運動を行わせる。その後、切削刃100の先端と基材Bの表面との接触状態を維持可能な最小限の重量の第2の錘を用いて切削刃100に垂直方向の力を加えつつ、切削刃を水平移動させ、このときの水平力を測定する。【選択図】 図1
