Summary: | To provide a connector device capable of facilitating a welding work in a state where a terminal is arranged in a connector housing, while avoiding complication of an assembling step.SOLUTION: One or more laser irradiation through-holes 15a, 16a, and 17a for welding, inside a terminal housing chamber 12 of a connector housing 11, connection target terminals 13 and electric wires are formed at a portion of a side wall that forms the terminal housing chamber 12. The connector housing is formed with a shape that allows laser light emitted from a laser welder arranged outside the connector housing to be guided to the terminal housing chamber via the laser irradiation through-holes. A plurality of welding portions Px1, Px2 and Px3 are arranged offset form each other, and a plurality of laser irradiation through-holes 17a, 17b and 17c are formed at positions mutually deviated according to the offset.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】端子をコネクタハウジング内に配置した状態での溶接作業を容易にすると共に、組付け工程の複雑化を回避するコネクタ装置を提供する。【解決手段】コネクタハウジング11の端子収容室12を形成する側壁の一部分に、接続対象の端子13および電線を端子収容室12の内部で溶接するためのレーザ照射用貫通孔15a、16a、17aが1つ以上形成され、前記コネクタハウジングの外側に配置されるレーザ溶接機から出射されるレーザ光を、前記レーザ照射用貫通孔を介して前記端子収容室に導くことを許容する形状が前記コネクタハウジングに形成されている。複数の溶接部位Px1、Px2、Px3が互いにオフセットした状態で配置され、このオフセットに合わせて互いにずれた位置に複数のレーザ照射用貫通孔17a、17b、17cが形成されている。【選択図】図2 |
