Summary:To provide a bearing structure of a water turbine generator which can inhibit occurrence of aeration to stabilize supply of a lubrication oil even if increases in the speed and size of the water turbine generator are achieved.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a bearing structure of a water turbine generator includes: a bearing which supports a rotary shaft of the water turbine generator; a transfer part which is provided within the bearing and transfers a lubrication oil supplied for cooling of the bearing from the inside of the bearing to the outside; and a cooling part which cools the lubrication oil transferred by the transfer part. The transfer part suctions the lubrication oil stored in a storage tank provided within the bearing from a suction port and rotates a rotation part to pump the lubrication oil suctioned from the suction port into a belt-like passage which is formed between the rotation part and a fixed part by the rotation part and the fixed part facing each other and communicates with the suction port. A shape of the suction port is formed into a rectangle in which a length of a side as seen in a rotary shaft direction of the rotation part corresponds to a width of the passage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】水車発電機の高速化および大型化がなされた場合であっても、エアレーションの発生を抑制して潤滑油の供給を安定させることができる水車発電機の軸受構造を提供すること。【解決手段】実施形態によれば、水車発電機の軸受構造は、水車発電機の回転軸を支持する軸受と、軸受内に設けられ、軸受の冷却のために供された潤滑油を、軸受内から外部へ移送する移送部と、移送部によって移送された潤滑油を冷却する冷却部とを備え、移送部は、軸受内に設けられた貯槽に貯えられた潤滑油を吸込口から吸い込み、回転部と固定部とを対面させることで回転部と固定部との間で形成された、吸込口と連通された帯状の流路に、回転部を回転させることで吸込口から吸い込んだ潤滑油を圧送するものであって、吸込口の形状を回転部の回転軸方向の辺の長さが流路の幅に相当する矩形にした。【選択図】図3
