Summary:To provide a length measuring device capable of greatly changing a height of a length measuring position.SOLUTION: A length measuring device includes: a base table 2 having a slide rail; and a slide part having a length measuring instrument which is slidably installed on the slide rail. The base table 2 includes: a base part 15; a table 10 on which the slide rail is installed; and a table height adjustment column member 20 for supporting and connecting the table 10 to the base part 15 in a height-adjustable manner.
