PURPOSE: To provide a fixed focal point projection lens that can maintain an excellent quality of pictures in a situation in which the total length of a system is limited.SOLUTION: The fixed focal point projection lens includes a first lens group and a second lens group. The first lens group and the second lens group are divided at the position (diaphragm) where the inner diameter of a lens barrel is the smallest. The first lens group includes 6-8 lenses with a refractive power and two aspherical lens surfaces. The second lens group has a positive refractive power, and includes 5-8 lenses with a refractive power and two joint surfaces.
