To provide an information processing device, an information processing method and an information processing program that present vehicles which can be purchased at real costs.SOLUTION: In an information processing device 100 which communicates with terminal devices through a network, an acquisition part 131 acquires information related to a sales price of an object vehicle, information related to a vehicle that a user currently possesses, and information related to a user's budget usable to purchase the object vehicle. An estimation part 133 estimates real costs based upon the sales price of the object and a future purchase estimated amount, and estimates real costs based upon the sales price of the object, the future purchase predicted amount of the object, and a current purchase predicted amount of the owned vehicle.
