Summary:To provide multilayer ceramic electronic components that are each able to suppress electric field concentration.SOLUTION: There is provided a multilayer ceramic electronic component including: a multilayer body 10 having a plurality of stacked ceramic layers 20, and a plurality of internal conductive layers 30 stacked on the ceramic layers 20; and external electrodes 40 each connected to the internal conductive layers 30. In each of the internal conductive layers 30, there exist holes each having different area equivalent diameters. The plurality of holes have first holes in which ceramic pillars connecting a one side ceramic layer 20 and the other side ceramic layer 20 in the internal conductive layers 30 are disposed inside, and second holes in which ceramic pillars are not disposed inside.
