Summary: | To provide a double-acting type electrode for spot welding capable of suppressing sheet separation and ruggedness of a surface of a member with a simple structure in spot welding of a plate set consisting of a plurality of thin plates,a spot welding device, and a method of manufacturing a spot welding member.SOLUTION: A double-acting type electrode for spot welding comprises: a rod-like electrode; an adapter supporting a base end of the rod-like electrode; a sleeve surrounding the rob-like electrode and configured to move between a first position and a second position along the axis of the rod-like electrode; a coil spring pressing the sleeve from the base end side toward a tip side of the rod-like electrode along the axis of the rod-like electrode; and a positioning mechanism connected to the sleeve and configured to adjust the first position of the sleeve along the axis of the rod-like electrode, wherein the first position is a position where the tip of the sleeve protrudes toward the tip side of the tip of the rod-like electrode, and the positioning mechanism can adjust the quantity of protrusion of the sleeve from the rod-like electrode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】複数枚の薄板から構成される板組のスポット溶接において、シートセパレーション及び部材の表面の凹凸を、簡便な構造によって抑制可能なスポット溶接用複動式電極、スポット溶接装置、及びスポット溶接部材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の一態様に係るスポット溶接用複動式電極は、棒状電極と、棒状電極の基端を支持するアダプターと、棒状電極を包囲し、棒状電極の軸方向に沿って第1位置と第2位置との間で移動可能に構成されたスリーブと、棒状電極の軸方向に沿って、棒状電極の先端側に向けて、スリーブを基端側から押すコイルばねと、スリーブと接続され、且つ、棒状電極の軸方向に沿ってスリーブの第1位置を調整可能に構成された位置決め機構と、を備え、第1位置はスリーブの先端が棒状電極の先端に対して先端側へ突出する位置であり、位置決め機構によってスリーブの棒状電極からの突出量を調整可能である。【選択図】図1 |
