The spark detection device comprises a current signal acquiring unit acquiring a current signal flowing between a pair of conductive conveying rollers tightly contacting and conveying a metal body and a pair of electrodes each disposed to face either surface of the metal body respectively, an FFT calculation unit applying a highspeed Fourier transformation algorithm to the acquired current signal in real time to output a frequency spectrum signal, a filter unit removing an unnecessary frequency component from the frequency spectrum signal being outputted to output a specific frequency spectrum signal, and a determination unit determining whether or not a spark has been generated at the metal body, according to the specific frequency spectrum signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】金属体処理ラインにおいて、金属体のスパーク疵の原因となるスパークの発生を確実に検出する。【解決手段】本発明は、金属体処理ラインに適合されたスパーク検出装置である。前記スパーク検出装置は、金属体を圧着しながら搬送するための導電性の搬送ロールと前記金属体に対向して配置された電極との間を流れる電流信号を取得する電流信号取得部と、取得される前記電流信号に対して、実時間で、高速フーリエ変換アルゴリズムを適用して、周波数スペクトル信号を出力するFFT演算部と、出力される前記周波数スペクトル信号から不要な周波数成分をカットして、特定の周波数スペクトル信号を出力するフィルタ部と、前記特定の周波数スペクトル信号に基づいて、前記金属体においてスパークが発生したか否かを判定する判定部と、を備える。【選択図】図1
