To reliably and easily execute acquisition of a CAN frame from a CAN bus and output of the CAN frame to an external device.SOLUTION: A CAN module 4 is configured so as to be capable of executing first processing for acquiring a CAN frame Fc1 from a CAN bus CB1 and outputting data Dv1, Da1 to a measuring device body 2, second processing for generating a CAN frame Fc2 on the basis of inputted data Dv1, Da1 and outputting it to a CAN bus CB2, and third processing for generating a CAN frame Fc3 on the basis of inputted data Dv2, Da2 and outputting it to the CAN bus CB2.
