Summary:To provide a web winding device which prevents a web from being damaged when it is pressed against an empty winding shaft and increases speed followability when the web starts to be wound on the empty winding shaft.SOLUTION: A rotating plate driving unit 56 performs an upper shaft replacement start operation, and a web W conveyed from a first metal roll 50 at an upper indirect guide position A is pressed against an empty first shaft 22 at a winding position by a rubber roll 48 at a pressable position using a pressing portion 44, and an upper cutting device 72 cuts the web W conveyed from the empty first shaft 22 at the winding position to a full second shaft 24 at a removal position, and after cutting, when the web W starts to be wound on the empty first shaft 22 at the winding position, a pressing state of the rubber roll 48 against the first shaft 22 is released using the pressing portion 44, and the rotating plate driving unit 56 performs an upper shaft replacement end operation, causes the rubber roll 48 to wait at a first standby position, and the web W is directly guided to the first shaft 22 at the winding position by the first metal roll 50 at an upper direct guiding position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】空の巻軸にウエブを押し付けるときには傷が付かず、かつ、空の巻軸にウエブが巻き始めると速度の追従性が上がるウエブの巻取り装置を提供する。【解決手段】回転板駆動部56が上軸交換開始動作を行い、上間接案内位置にある第1金属ロール50から搬送されるウエブWを、押圧可能位置にあるゴムロール48によって巻取り位置にある空の第1軸22に押圧部44を用いて押圧し、巻取り位置にある空の第1軸22から、取り外し位置にある満巻の第2軸24に搬送されるウエブWを上切断装置72によって切断し、切断後にウエブWが、巻取り位置にある空の第1軸22に巻き取られ始めると、押圧部44を用いてゴムロール48による第1軸22への押圧状態を解除し、回転板駆動部56が上軸交換終了動作を行い、ゴムロール48を第1待機位置に待機させ、上直接案内位置にある第1金属ロール50によってウエブWを巻取り位置にある第1軸22に直接案内する。【選択図】 図2
