To provide a remote control request device, a remote control request system, a remote control request method, and a remote control request program in which operation of an automatic operation vehicle continues and a burden imposed on a remote operator can be reduced when difficulties arise in the continuation of an automatic operation of the automatic operation vehicle.SOLUTION: When difficulties arise in the continuation of an automatic operation of an automatic operation vehicle 20 or difficulties are predicted, a remote control request device requests a remote operator to remotely operate the automatic operation vehicle 20. The remote control includes: a remote support in which the remote operator performs at least one part of judgments for automatic operation; and a remote operation in which the remote operator performs at least one of steering operation of the automatic operation vehicle 20 and acceleration/deceleration operation thereof.
