A second conductive part B includes: a second front layer part B1 which is opposite to the first front layer part A1 with a creepage distance G; and second inner layer parts B2 to B4 constructing a layer different from the second front layer part B1 in the inner part of the substrate 49. In an electronic apparatus 40, any one projection structure having two projection structures of a first projection structure and a second projection structure indicated in the below is provided. The first projection structure is that each of the first inner layer parts A2 to A4 includes a conductive projection part ρ projected to a second conductive part side Db from the first front layer part A1.
