Summary:To provide a multiphase boost converter in which the number of parts is decreased and the converter is downsized.SOLUTION: A first boost converter has a current sensor which detects an input current. A controller sets only the first boost converter or both of the first boost converter and a second boost converter to a drive converter, and controls the drive converter in such a manner that the difference between the input current and a target input current becomes small.
