Summary: | To suppress an excessive temperature rise of a reformer while supplying heat to a fuel battery in the case that the reformer is heated by first exhaust gas of an off-gas combustor and the reformer is heated by second exhaust gas of a warming-up combustor.SOLUTION: A fuel battery system 1 comprises: a first exhaust gas passage 54 through which first exhaust gas generated by an off-gas combustor 53 flows while releasing heat to a reformer 33; a second exhaust gas passage 61 through which second exhaust gas generated by a warming-up combustor 60 flows while releasing heat to a fuel battery 10 and the reformer 33; an introduction passage 70 for introducing part of the first exhaust gas flowing on the downstream side of the reformer 33 of the first exhaust gas passage 54 into the warming-up combustor 60; and an adjustment unit 71 for opening/closing the introduction passage 70. In the case that the reformer 33 is heated by the first exhaust gas and the second exhaust gas, a controller controls actuation of the adjustment unit 71 so that the first exhaust gas flows through the introduction passage 70 when a reformer temperature detected by a reformer temperature sensor 101 is higher than an upper limit threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】オフガス燃焼器の第1排ガスによって改質器を加熱するとともに、暖機用燃焼器の第2排ガスによって改質器を加熱する場合において、燃料電池へ熱を供給しつつ、改質器の過昇温を抑制する。【解決手段】燃料電池システム1は、オフガス燃焼器53で生成した第1排ガスが改質器33へ放熱しながら流れる第1排ガス通路54と、暖機用燃焼器60で生成した第2排ガスが燃料電池10および改質器33へ放熱しながら流れる第2排ガス通路61と、第1排ガス通路54のうち改質器33よりも下流側を流れる第1排ガスの一部を暖機用燃焼器60に導入する導入通路70と、導入通路70の開閉を行う調整部71とを備える。第1排ガスおよび第2排ガスによって改質器33を加熱する場合において、改質器温度センサ101が検出した改質器温度が上限しきい値よりも高いとき、制御装置は、第1排ガスが導入通路70を流れるように、調整部71の作動を制御する。【選択図】図1 |
