The control part 10, when the operation part 11 is switched from the ON-state to an OFF-state, drives the motor 3 in a reverse rotation direction so that the piston 9 moves by a predetermined returning amount in the opposite direction of the direction in which the piston presses the package 14 and then stops the motor 3.
