Summary:To provide a production method for a substrate having a hardened film, excellent in adhesiveness and long-term acid resistance on a wide substrate, particularly in adhesiveness on inorganic substrates such as glass and superior in adhesiveness even in a case used under high-humidity conditions.SOLUTION: A production method for a substrate having a hardened film comprises carrying out sequentially the following processes 1 and 2: process 1 of forming the hardened film by coating on the substrate, an active energy ray curable composition (hereinafter referred to as a composition 1) including (A) cationic polymerizable silane coupling agent and (B) cationic photopolymerization initiator and by irradiating a coated surface with the active energy ray to form the hardened film; and process 2 of forming a final hardened film by coating on the hardened film obtained by process 1, the active energy ray curable composition including (B) cationic photopolymerization initiator, (C) oxetane compound and (D) oxirane compound and by irradiating the coated surface with the active energy ray.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】その硬化膜が、幅広い基材に対する密着性と長期耐酸性に優れ、特にガラス等の無機基材に対する密着性に優れ、かつ高湿度下で使用された場合も密着性に優れる硬化膜を有する基材の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】下記工程1及び工程2を順次実施する硬化膜を有する基材の製造方法。・工程1:下記(A)及び(B)を含む活性エネルギー線硬化型組成物(以下、組成物1)を基材に塗工し、塗工面に活性エネルギー線を照射して、硬化膜を形成する工程・工程2:工程1で得られた硬化膜上に、下記(B)、(C)及び(D)を含む活性エネルギー線硬化型組成物を塗工し、塗工面に活性エネルギー線を照射して、硬化膜を形成する工程(A):カチオン重合性シランカップリング剤(B):光カチオン重合開始剤(C):オキセタン化合物(D):オキシラン化合物【選択図】なし
