To solve such a problem that component collation cannot be executed due to mix-up of an empty reel used for the component collation by improving the recovery workability of the reel.SOLUTION: A reel holding device comprises: a reel holder 51A which has an input port 71A for inputting a reel RL and a discharge port 72A located below the input port, and can hold one reel RL at each of a first position near the input port and a second position located in a movement path WA of the reel RL reaching the discharge port from the first position; a first contact part (second roller 81b) which is brought into contact with the outer periphery of the reel RL located at the first position to prevent the reel RL located at the first position from moving to the second position; a second contact part (third roller 81c) which is brought into contact with the outer periphery of the reel RL located at the second position to prevent the reel RL located at the second position from moving to the discharge port 72A; and an interlocking unit 80 which makes the first contact part and the second contact part retreat from the position of preventing the movement of the reel RL by making the first contact part and the second contact part interlock with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15 【課題】リールの回収作業性を改善し、部品照合に使用する空リールを取り違えて部品照合を実施できない問題を解決する。【解決手段】リールＲＬが投入される投入口７１Ａおよび投入口よりも下方に位置する排出口７２Ａを有し、投入口付近の第１の位置と第１の位置から排出口へ至るリールＲＬの移動経路ＷＡに位置する第２の位置のそれぞれで１個のリールＲＬを保持可能なリールホルダ５１Ａと、第１の位置に位置するリールＲＬの外周に当接し、第１の位置に位置するリールＲＬが第２の位置へ移動するのを阻止する第１当接部（第２ローラ８１ｂ）と、第２の位置に位置するリールＲＬの外周に当接し、第２の位置に位置するリールＲＬが排出口７２Ａへ移動するのを阻止する第２当接部（第３ローラ８１ｃ）と、第１当接部と第２当接部を連動させることにより、第１当接部と第２当接部をリールＲＬの移動を阻止する位置から退避させる連動部８０を備える。【選択図】図１５
