Summary:To provide an electrolytic device capable of improving detection accuracy of an effective chlorine concentration contained in an electrolyte and controllability of electrolysis reaction of the electrolyte when a voltage is applied between electrodes for electrolysis.SOLUTION: An electrolytic device 1 comprises: a pair of electrodes 5 (anode 5a and cathode 5b) for generating hypochlorous acid water by electrolyzing an electrolyte 9 (chloride aqueous solution); a power supply 2 for applying current to the pair of electrodes 5 installed in the electrolyte 9; an effective chlorine concentration detection unit 20 for detecting an effective chlorine concentration contained in the electrolyte 9; and a partition plate 10 installed between the pair of electrodes 5 and the effective chlorine concentration detection unit 20 in the electrolyte 9. In the power supply 2, current passed between the pair of electrodes 5 is controlled on the basis of the effective chlorine concentration detected by the effective chlorine concentration detection unit 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】電解用電極間に電圧を印加した際に、電解質に含まれる有効塩素濃度の検出精度を向上させ、電解質の電気分解反応の制御性を向上させることが可能な電解装置を提供する。【解決手段】電解装置1は、電解質9(塩化物水溶液)を電気分解することで次亜塩素酸水を生成する一対の電極5(陽極5a、陰極5b)と、電解質9中に設置された一対の電極5に電流を印加する電源2と、電解質9に含まれる有効塩素濃度を検出する有効塩素濃度検出部20と、電解質9中において、一対の電極5と有効塩素濃度検出部20との間に設置された仕切板10と、を備える。そして、電源2は、有効塩素濃度検出部20にて検出した有効塩素濃度に基づいて、一対の電極5間に流す電流が制御される。【選択図】図1
