Summary: | To suppress the generation of cavitation by making a deviation of an oil flow rate less likely to occur at either of two suction ports.SOLUTION: An oil pump comprises: a shaft member; an inner rotor integrally rotating with the shaft member; an outer rotor which rotates accompanied by the rotation of the inner rotor, in which oil from a suction passage is sucked to a clearance between the inner rotor and itself, and which forms a rotor chamber from which the oil is discharged toward a discharge passage; a body member having a recessed accommodation chamber for rotatably accommodating the inner rotor and the outer rotor around an axis; and a cover member having at least a part of the suction passage, and attached so as to block the accommodation chamber. The rotor chamber has first and second suction ports in which the oil sucked into the rotor chamber passes from the suction passage. The oil pump comprises a rectification member for branching the suction passage to a first suction port side and a second suction port side from a main path, and rectifying the oil guided to the first and second ports from the main path.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】二つの吸入ポートの一方にオイル流量の偏りを生じ難くしてキャビテーションの発生を抑えること。【解決手段】オイルポンプは、シャフト部材と、シャフト部材と一体的に回転するインナロータと、インナロータの回転に伴って回転し、インナロータとの間に吸入通路からオイルが吸入されると共に吐出通路に向けてオイルが吐出されるロータ室を形成するアウタロータと、インナロータ及びアウタロータを軸回りに回転可能に収容する凹状の収容室を有するボディ部材と、吸入通路の少なくとも一部を有し、収容室を塞ぐように取り付けられたカバー部材と、を備える。ロータ室は、それぞれ吸入通路からロータ室へ吸入されるオイルが通過する第一及び第二吸入ポートを有する。オイルポンプは、吸入通路を主路から第一吸入ポート側と第二吸入ポート側とに分岐させ、主路から第一及び第二吸入ポートそれぞれに導かれるオイルを整流する整流部材を備える。【選択図】図5 |
