To provide an information processing device and a program that grasp a state of mental health of a subject and detect mental health problems when they occur.SOLUTION: An information processing device comprises an acquiring unit, a calculating unit, a decision unit, a determination unit, and a notification unit. The acquiring unit acquires voice information based on subject's speech. The calculating unit calculates a subject's activity value on the basis of the voice information continuously acquired by the acquiring unit during a predetermined period. The decision unit decides at least one warning condition based on the plurality of activity values calculated by the calculating unit. The determination unit determines, when the calculation unit calculates the activity value, whether or not the calculated activity value matches the warning condition. The notification unit notifies a pre-designated notification destination of a warning when the determined result by the determining unit matches a notification condition.
