Summary:To make it possible to satisfactorily suppress dirty washer liquid collected at an upper reversion position from being returned to a wiping range (a water-draining phenomenon) no matter whether a vehicle is stopping or travelling at a low speed.SOLUTION: A controller, when a washer signal in input, adjusts the rotation angle of an output shaft 22 so that an upper reversion position URP of a DR-side wiper blade 21b is changed to an upper reversion position WUR for wiping a washer provided at a position beyond the upper reversion position URP. This enables dirty washer liquid W collected at the upper reversion position URP to flow beyond a front pillar 10b of a vehicle 10 so that the liquid can be pushed out (ejected) to the outside of a wiping surface, thereby making it possible to satisfactorily suppress the dirty washer liquid W from being returned to a cleaned wiping range 11a (a water-drainage phenomenon).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】車両の停車中や低速走行中などに関わらず、上反転位置に集められた汚れたウォッシャ液が払拭範囲に戻されること(水引現象)を十分に抑制可能とする。【解決手段】コントローラは、ウォッシャ信号が入力されると、出力軸22の回転角度を調整して、DR側ワイパブレード21bの上反転位置URPを、当該上反転位置URPを越えた位置に設けられたウォッシャ払拭用上反転位置WURに変更する。これにより、上反転位置URPに集められた汚れたウォッシャ液Wを、車両10のフロントピラー10bを越えるようにして払拭面の外側に追い出す(排出する)ことができる。よって、綺麗になった払拭範囲11aに汚れたウォッシャ液Wが戻されること(水引現象)を、十分に抑制することが可能となる。【選択図】図6
