To solve a problem in which, in an emergency, it is difficult for both the person themselves and the rescuers around them, especially the elderly, to call 119 ambulance or 110 with their smartphones, and even when a user finds a person who has fallen down or try to rescue them, there are many cases where the user does not know the owner's password, and it is difficult to connect to 119 or 110 immediately, and in addition, we must prevent malfunctions of 119 and 110.SOLUTION: Rescue is needed as early as one minute or one second, such that just like there is a red emergency button on a public phone, an input button that anyone can directly call 119 or 110 is installed at a place that is always visible on the smartphone. In addition, a public button is provided to contact public institutions (for example, corona reservations, facility search, etc., contact with the public). A transparent cover 1, 3 of the 119 button and the 110 button is pressed and held to go through directly. This cover is intended to prevent malfunctions when carried on a daily basis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】いざという時に特に本人も周囲の救助者にも特に高齢者が所持者のスマホをもって１１９救急車や１１０番を呼ぶことが困難である。倒れている人を見つけたり、救助をしようとしても、所持者のパスワードが分からない場合が多々あり、即座に１１９や１１０に接続することが困難である。また、１１９番や１１０番の誤作動を防がなければならない。【解決手段】１分でも１秒でも早期に救助が必要であるため、公衆電話機に緊急時の赤いボタンがあるように、誰でもが１１９番又は１１０番に直接通報できる入力ボタンをスマートフォンの常時目につきやすいところに設置した。さらに公共機関との連絡（例えばコロナ予約等、施設検索等、公共との連絡）をとるために公共ボタンを設けた。１１９番ボタン及び１１０番ボタンの透明カバー１、３を押し破り長押しで直通する。このカバーは日常所持しているときの誤作動を防ぐためである。【選択図】図１
