To obtain a vehicular air suspension type seat support device which enables simplification of an operation related to change of a height of a seating surface of a vehicular seat, and to obtain a vehicular seat unit including the vehicular air suspension type seat support device.SOLUTION: A vehicular air suspension type seat support device 10 includes a control lever 158. A first operation cable 66 and a second operation cable 68 are connected to the control lever 158.
