Summary:To provide a secondary battery case capable of improving heat resistance to laser welding and the like while suppressing leakage of an electrolytic solution to the exterior and infiltration of moisture to the interior.SOLUTION: A secondary battery case comprises: a case main body 10; a collector terminal 2 provided so as to penetrate through the case main body; a first sealing member 31 that seals between the case main body and the collector terminal; and a second sealing member 32 provided at an inner side of the case main body from the first sealing member and in contact with a lateral face 2a of the collector terminal and a part of an inner surface of the case main body. The first sealing member contains fluorine-based rubber as a main component.
