Summary: | To provide a method capable of eliminating a deviation between the center of a laser light source and the center of an imaging element and reducing the influence of a parallax, so as to reduce a measurement error by solving such a problem that in a conventional manner, accurate measurement cannot be performed because the measurement error is caused by the influence of the parallax due to the deviation of a fixing position between the laser light source and the imaging element in an endoscope tip part structure.SOLUTION: An optical measurement device and an optical measurement method comprise an imaging element 1, an objective lens 2, a light source device 3, a beam splitter 4, a light source unit 5, and a laser beam 6 radiated from the light source device 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来は、内視鏡先端部構造のレーザー光源と撮像素子の固定位置のずれによる視差の影響から、計測誤差が生じていたため正確な計測を行うことができていなかった。本発明により、レーザー光源の中心と撮像素子の中心のずれを無くし、視差の影響を減らすことで計測誤差を小さくする方法を提供する。【解決手段】撮像素子1と、対物レンズ2と、光源装置3と、ビームスプリッター4と光源ユニット5と光源装置3から照射されたレーザー光6で、光計測装置および光計測方法を構成している。【選択図】図1 |
