Summary:To provide a fluid shutoff device which can shut off fluid by smoothly inserting a shutoff bag into a fluid supply pipe, and can suppress a malfunction which damages the shutoff bag when withdrawing the shutoff bag from the fluid supply pipe.SOLUTION: There is provided a fluid shutoff device A which has a seal mechanism S inserted into a fluid supply pipe from a branch pipe, and shuts off a flow of a fluid of the fluid supply pipe by an expansion of a shutoff bag 24 of the seal mechanism S in a state in which the seal mechanism S is inserted into the fluid supply pipe.
