To provide an entry management system and an entry management method capable of efficiently specifying a person who has a fever and authenticating individuals.SOLUTION: An entry management system which performs management on entry of a person who has a body temperature higher than a predetermined temperature into a gate comprises: a first body temperature acquisition part which measures the body temperature of a person passing through an area before the gate not in contact, the first body temperature acquisition part being capable of measuring body temperatures of a plurality of persons simultaneously; an image acquisition part which photographs an individual who is to pass through the gate; a second body temperature acquisition part which measures the body temperature of the individual who is to pass through the gate not in contact; an individual authentication part which authenticates the individuals based upon images acquired by the image acquisition part; and a control part which performs control to open or close the gate based upon body temperature information that the first body temperature acquisition part acquires, body temperature information that the second body temperature acquisition part acquires, and authentication information obtained by the individual authentication part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】発熱者の特定と個人認証を効率的に行える入場管理システムおよび入場管理方法を提供する。【解決手段】所定の体温以上の人がゲート内へ入るのを管理する入場管理システムにおいて、前記ゲートに至る前のエリアを通行する人の体温を非接触で計測するものであって複数の人の体温を同時に計測できる第１体温取得部と、前記ゲートを通行しようとする個人を撮影する画像取得部と、前記ゲートを通行しようとする個人の体温を非接触で計測する第２体温取得部と、前記画像取得部で取得した画像に基づいて個人認証を行う個人認証部と、前記第１体温取得部が取得した体温情報、前記第２体温取得部が取得した体温情報、および、前記個人認証部による認証情報、に基づいて、前記ゲートを開放または閉鎖するよう制御する制御部と、を備える。【選択図】図１
