Summary: | To make it possible to efficiently replace a replaceable battery which is provided on each of wheels of an electric vehicle.SOLUTION: A drive control device includes: a travel information reception part which receives travel information containing a weight of a baggage to be loaded on an electric vehicle having a plurality of replaceable batteries for supplying electric power to drive driving wheels that are respectively provided corresponding to the plurality of driving wheels and information indicating a travel route on which the electric vehicle loading the baggage travels; a necessary power calculation part which calculates a predicted value of electric power required in order that the electric vehicle travels on the travel route on the basis of the weight of the baggage; a residual electric power calculation part which calculates a predicted value of residual electric power of each battery in a departure place of the travel route; and an electric power information transmission part which sends electric power information containing the predicted value of necessary electric power and the predicted value of residual electric power to an emergency control device. The emergency control device includes a replacement number determination part which determines the number of batteries to be replaced for the electric vehicle in the departure place on the basis of the electric power information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
