Summary:To provide a nonwoven fabric excellent in cushioning property, and capable of obtaining soft touch, and an absorbent article including the same.SOLUTION: A nonwoven fabric 10 of the present invention comprises a first layer 11 containing a thermally fusible fiber, and a second layer 12 containing a thermally shrinkable fiber, where both layers are adjacently arranged so that a second face 11r of the first layer 11 faces a first face 12f of the second layer 12. A first face 11f of the first layer 11 is convexo-concave-shaped, and the second face 11r is convexo-concave-shaped so as to correspond to the convexo-concave shape of the first face 11f. A second face 12r of the second layer 12 is flat. A plurality of convex parts 15 and concave parts 16 are formed on a first face F side of the nonwoven fabric 10 by bonding the first layer 11 and the second layer 12 at a position of a concave part 11b of the first face 11f of the first layer 11.
