To provide a display that can prevent a reduction in display quality.SOLUTION: A display comprises: a liquid crystal layer that is held between a first transparent substrate and a second transparent substrate and includes a stripe-like polymer and liquid crystal molecules; a third transparent substrate that includes a principal surface, a first side face opposite to a plurality of light-emitting devices, and a second side face and a third side face intersecting with the first side face; and a transparent layer that is arranged on the principal surface. The third transparent substrate is bonded to the first transparent substrate or the second transparent substrate with the transparent layer therebetween. The transparent layer includes a plurality of band parts extending in a first direction and a second direction. The band parts each include a first end facing the light-emitting devices and a second end on the opposite side of the first end. The band parts each include a first band part, a second band part located between the first band part and the second side face, and a third band part located between the first band part and the third side face.
